Your right to opt out (CCPA/CPRA)
Under California law (and similar laws elsewhere) you may direct businesses not to "sell" or "share" your personal information. Sunny does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or for money. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
What we do with your data
We use the limited data we collect only to operate Sunny for you (see our Privacy & Compliance Policy). We disclose data only to the service providers needed to run the service (messaging, payments, AI, market data), under contract, for that purpose only — which is not a "sale".
Submit an opt-out / Do-Not-Sell request
Even though we don't sell data, you may still send a formal request: email support@get-sunny.com with the subject "Do Not Sell / Share", or use our Data Request page. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
